Then I started a job at a therapy certification company with zero sales experience and became their #1 closer in three months - not through aggressive tactics, but by treating every sales conversation like a coaching session.
Why I Teach Sales Psychology to Helpers and Healers
After studying human behavior and decision-making psychology, I discovered that the best sales conversations happen when you're genuinely helping someone see the gap between where they are and where they want to be. I realized that helpers, healers, and coaches already possess the core skills needed for authentic selling - deep listening, empathy, and genuine care for transformation. They just need to learn how to apply these skills to enrollment conversations.
